95CL Bull Beef
Consists wholly of bull meat derived from both fore and hindquarters, which have been boned out and blended in the one pack
90CL Cow Beef
A blended pack wholly of cow meat, derived from both fore and hindquarters, and blended in the one pack.
Trim 80CL
Consists wholly of beef meat derived from both fore and hindquarters, which have been boned out and blended in the one pack.
Trim 65CL
Consists wholly of bull meat derived from both fore and hindquarters, which have been boned out and blended in the one pack.
Adult Bovine Plasma
The liquid fraction of unclotted blood derived from healthy, slaughtered cattle 12 months of age or older deemed t for human consumption by ante and post mortem inspection. After collection, an anticoagulant is added to the fresh whole blood and the mixture is passed through a centrifuge until the red and white blood cells are separated. Plasma stored frozen for further use or processing.
Adult Bovine Serum
The liquid fraction of clotted blood derived from healthy, slaughtered cattle 12 months of age or older deemed to be t for human consumption by ante and post mortem inspection. There are no deletions or additions (including preservatives) allowed.
